Yes, the routine is designed for daily use. The AM products prep, brighten, and protect throughout the day, while the PM products cleanse, renew, and restore overnight. Consistent use morning and night is what delivers the best visible results over time.

The PM serum uses an encapsulated retinal that releases gradually, making it more accessible for first-time retinol users. We recommend starting 2 to 3 nights per week and increasing frequency as your skin adjusts.

That Big Screen® SPF 30 Moisturizer provides your daily broad-spectrum UVA/UVB protection, so no additional SPF step is needed. This is especially important when using the PM Retinol Serum, as retinoids can increase sun sensitivity overnight.

We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before using any retinoid-containing product during pregnancy or while nursing.The AM products are generally well tolerated, but your doctor can advise on what is appropriate for you during this time.
